7th GIRLS' BASKETBALL > REGIONAL CHAMPIONS! The 7th Girls Basketball team defeated Seneca in the Regional Championship yesterday! They will play in the Sectional Championship on Wednesday, December 4. The winner advances to the State Tournament on Saturday, December 7.

We are excited to announce that St. George has joined the IESA Wrestling Co-Op team with Bradley Central and Bourbonnais Upper Grade Center! The season begins soon, and an informational email to eligible grade students' parents/guardians will be sent soon!

SG258 POWER OUTAGE UPDATE: The power outage is due to a downed power line away from the school. Dismissal will still occur as regularly scheduled but ALL afterschool activities are CANCELED today. Another message will be sent out when power has been restored.

Good afternoon! We wanted to make our St. George School parents aware that the school just experienced a power outage. The building is secure and safe. Currently school remains in-session and dismissal will occur as planned.

Our NEW PreK Playground is open!

Congratulations to Dylan Weimer! On Saturday, Dylan finished in 5th place at the IESA State XC Meet. He set individual school records for the best race time (11:09) and highest place finish (5th)! Go Raiders!

Today's (8/17/2024) BASEBALL game has been CANCELLED due to field conditions resulting from last night's rain.

OUR PTO ROCKS! They presented a check in the amount of $13,441 to the St. George CCSD No. 258 Board of Education at tonight's board meeting for the purchase of a new scoreboard for the school. To our amazing PTO...we greatly appreciate you and all of the hard work and support you give to St. George School! THANK YOU!!!
